Pay CC is a cutting-edge payment solution provider, specifically tailored for high-risk industries. We are looking for a Reconciliations Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Cyprus. The candidate will be responsible for analysing and reconciling financial data.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation of financial records in Excel to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Account Management: Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Reporting: Generate financial reports to provide insights and assist in decision-making processes.
• Treasury: Payment processing
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient reconciliation processes.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a focus on reconciliation.
• Experienced Excel user with a basic understanding of financial data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
