Pay CC is a cutting-edge payment solution provider, specifically tailored for high-risk industries. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Cyprus. The candidate will be responsible for developing our customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new sales/partnership collaborations.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Negotiating and closing deals according to personal and department goals.
Working closely with the Sales Development Team.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in B2B Sales, Marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent negotiation and organisational skills.
Ability to progress with minimal support.
Be proactive and have the ability to deal with the more in-depth and complex aspects of the role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems (experience in Salesforce will be considered an advantage).
Fluency in the English language is mandatory for this role. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
